Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in original packaging with all tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, downloadable software, personal hygiene products, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +880 1886-014464 or email shoptalkbd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
- Ship the item to our address clearly marked with your RAN. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad) within 3–5 business days. You will receive an SMS notification once the refund is initiated. Please note that your bank or mobile financial service may take additional time to reflect the credit.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement shipment immediately.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please do not accept the delivery or document it clearly with photos immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free return pickup and full replacement or refund.
