- You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
⚠️ Non-returnable items include:
- Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., toothbrushes, trimmers, grooming kits)
- Discounted or clearance products (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
2. Return Process

- Step 2: Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us or hand it over to our courier partner.

3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent to your preferred mobile banking account.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on payment gateways and banks.
4. Exchanges
- If you prefer, you may exchange your item for another product of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
