  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., toothbrushes, trimmers, grooming kits)
  • Discounted or clearance products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our support team via email, phone, or Facebook page with your order details and issue.
  • Step 2: Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back to us or hand it over to our courier partner.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent to your preferred mobile banking account.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on payment gateways and banks.

4. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, you may exchange your item for another product of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
